Background

Piotr Wyszumirski is an attorney-at-law and member of the CORPORATE/M&A department at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm. He joined our team in February 2022. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, where he completed his law studies.

He is a graduate of the Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa, where he majored in Finance and Accounting, and completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Financial Management.

Since 2018, he has been registered on the list of legal advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wałbrzych. He gained his professional experience in Wrocław law offices and consulting companies.

Piotr Wyszumirski advises Polish and foreign clients in broadly defined commercial law, with particular focus on corporate law and corporate issues. He carries out projects related to audits and implementation of solutions aimed at ensuring compliance of business operations with personal data protection regulations.
