Background
Manuela Hörstmann-Jungemann has been practising as an attorney at Schindhelm in Osnabrück since 1990 and has been a member of the management board since 2006.
She studied law at the University of Bielefeld from 1982 to 1989 as part of the integrated legal training programme and completed her assessor examination in 1989. She received her doctorate in 1997 and was a scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation during her studies.
Manuela Hörstmann-Jungemann advises primarily in corporate law, real estate law, and inheritance law. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions and tenancy law. In inheritance law, her focus includes the drafting of wills, handling compulsory portion claims, and advising executors.
Her publications include the article Taxation of German-French Inheritance Cases in the series International Inheritance Tax Law and Estate Planning (Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt, 1998) and a contribution in the memorial publication for the late founding partner Malte Schindhelm, published by Carl Heymanns Verlag: The Fate of Sub-participations and Silent Partnerships in the Contribution of Partnership Interests to Corporations from a Civil and Tax Law Perspective.
