Background

Andreas Lehner has been working as an attorney at SAXINGER since July 2025.

Prior to that, he completed his legal clerkship there, beginning in January 2022, and passed the bar exam with excellent results at the Linz Higher Regional Court in October 2024.

During his time as a trainee attorney, from October 2022 to June 2026, he also served on the Disciplinary Council of the Upper Austrian Bar Association.

Andreas Lehner completed his law degree in 2021 with a focus on international law at Johannes Kepler University Linz and completed his court clerkship at the Urfahr District Court and the Linz Regional Court.

During his studies, he had already been working as a student assistant at SAXINGER in Linz since 2017.
