Background
In the years 2007–2012, Łukasz Buszkiewicz studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. In the period from 2015 to 2017, he was a legal trainee at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław. He was entered on the list of attorneys-at-law in July 2018.
In July 2021, he obtained a licence as a restructuring adviser, which authorises him to act as a trustee, interim court supervisor, administrator or supervisor of arrangement in restructuring proceedings.
Łukasz Buszkiewicz has been working with the law firm SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since January 2024. Previously, he ran his own law practice and cooperated with the largest law firms in Warsaw and Wrocław, providing legal services to entrepreneurs and individuals. He also gained professional experience as a trustee in insolvency proceedings.
Łukasz Buszkiewicz advises and provides legal support for both Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, mainly in the field of civil law, at the pre-trial stage and in the area of court disputes. He also provides legal support to entities in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
He is a member of litigation and dispute resolution department at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm.
