Background
Krzysztof Załucki has been working as an attorney-at-law at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since January 2025, as a member of the German Desk team.
After being admitted to the list of attorneys-at-law, he worked at one of the leading law firms in Wrocław and as an assistant professor at the University of Opole.
Krzysztof Załucki graduated in law from the University of Wrocław in 2001 and earned his doctoral degree there in 2007.

He graduated in law from the University of Wrocław in 2001 and obtained his doctoral degree there in 2007.
Between 2001 and 2005, he completed judicial training at the Regional Court in Wrocław. He was admitted to the bar at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław in February 2006.
He has held numerous visiting professor positions at German universities, including in Magdeburg and Chemnitz.
He is a graduate of the Deutsch-Polnische Rechtsschule (German-Polish Law School), organized by Humboldt University in Berlin and the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
In 2005, he earned a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law (LL.M. Eur.) from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
He is the author of numerous professional articles and press publications, including contributions to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

Krzysztof Załucki provides legal advice and assistance to both institutional clients and individuals in the areas of commercial, civil, and administrative law.
He prepares legal opinions in European Union law, international law, as well as commercial, civil, and construction law.
He advises on the implementation of projects financed by European funds.
He participates in the preparation of legal reports (due diligence) and in the development of analyses of the legal and organizational status of enterprises and companies, commissioned by their owners.
He conducts specialist training in European and commercial law, including for company board members, and lectures on EU and international law at universities.
He has authored draft amendments to legislation, including to the Energy Law Act.

- Legal advisory for one of Poland’s largest real estate developers in connection with foreign investments, primarily in Germany;
- drafting and reviewing commercial, construction, and copyright-related agreements for banking institutions, financial entities, developers, and a major manufacturer of metal components for the automotive industry;
- ongoing legal support in matters of civil, commercial, and construction law, including for a leading roof panel manufacturer, a key player in the German automotive market, and a Polish railway transport company;
- drafting pleadings, including for German banking institutions affected by financial fraud and a major design and architecture firm;
- representing clients in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, including companies and corporations from Germany, China, and other countries.
