Background
Walther Nagel has been a lawyer at Schindhelm in Osnabrück since 1984. From 1981 to 1984, he was a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Schulin at the University of Osnabrück; from 1980 to 1981, he was a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Deutsch at the University of Göttingen.
After his military service Walther Nagel studied law at the University of Göttingen from 1974 to 1980. 1980 First State Examination in Law, 1984 Second State Examination in Law Doctorate in law, with the title “Dr. jur.”, in 1984.

Walther Nagel is the head of the dunning and enforcement proceedings department at the Osnabrück office. He carries out the collection of receivables in Germany and abroad for several major German companies and accompanies the necessary judicial proceedings.
He is also active in the area of litigation in civil and labour law and advises companies in Germany on contract law and trade law.
