Background
Markus L. Nußbaumer has been a lawyer and managing partner at SAXINGER in Linz since 2001.
Markus L. Nußbaumer advises domestic and foreign companies in the areas of environmental, factory equipment and energy law. He has many years of comprehensive experience in all kinds of procedures, from obtaining official approvals to ecological audits that are required to set up and operate a plant or a project. The same applies with regard to procedures for the issuing or change of land use planning files including Strategic Environmental Audits in this regard and also official award procedures and administrative enforcement and administrative penal proceedings.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Markus L. Nußbaumer is also a university lecturer at Johannes Kepler University in Linz on environmental plant law and on energy plant law.
Markus L. Nußbaumer regularly gives talks and publishes articles on factory equipment and environmental protection topics.
He is a member of the Österreichischer Verein für Altlastenmanagement (ÖVA, the Austrian Association for Brownfields Management).
