Background
Dr. Andrea Trincz completed her law degree at Janus Pannonius University in Pécs (PTE) in 1995. After spending several years in practice as a court officer, she worked as a civil law judge at the Court of Zalaegerszeg and – in secondment – at the Labour Court of Zalaegerszeg. She was admitted to the Fejér County Bar Association on 1 December, 2008 and to the Budapest Bar Association on 1 October, 2010. She is currently working as an Attorney-at-Law.
She had been teaching at the Faculty of Health at PTE for 5 years.
She obtained a specialist insurance-lawyer degree at the ELTE Institute of Legal Development in 2007 and passed the specialist labour-lawyer state exam at the University of Pécs in 2013.
She specialized herself in the area of labour law, corporate law, liquidation and winding-up procedures, insurance law and family law.

In the recent years Dr. Andrea Trincz has specialized herself in labour law both as a judge at the labour court and then as an attorney. Besides the drafting of employment agreements and termination notices, documentation for collective redundancies and internal regulations, she also carries out legal representation on behalf of the private and public sector in labour law matters in front of courts and in out-of-court proceedings.
She has comprehensive experience with regard to insolvency, liquidation and winding-up procedures. She advises on a regular basis major liquidator companies on diverse legal matters.
Dr. Andrea Trincz advises furthermore on insurance law matters and she also gained broad experience in medical malpractice cases.
Dr. Andrea Trincz gained broad experience as a judge and later as an attorney in family law matters by hearing and negotiating marriage dissolutions, child custody and visitation cases and marital property matters.
